Heyo!

I recently installed Hotkeynet to dual box my WoW chars and right when I thought I had everything up and running, I pressed my hotkey to launch and came up with this error:

From this pc: <RenameWin World WoW1><RemoveWinFrame><RenameWin World WoW2><RemoveWinFrame>
<RenameWin World WoW1> completed: Window found. Target set to 0x12041C "World of Warcraft". Window renamed "WoW1"
<RemoveWinFrame> failed: operating system SetWindowLong function failed; Windows reports system error 5, "Access is denied."
<RenameWin World WoW2> completed: Window found. Target set to 0x12041C "World of Warcraft". Window renamed "WoW2"
<RemoveWinFrame> failed: operating system SetWindowLong function failed; Windows reports system error 5, "Access is denied."

hey

I dont know if you already tried this but you should either run HKN as an administrator or deactive the user control function from your controll panel. Maybe that helps.

HotKeyNet works with vista. (i'm currently using vista64)

Your problem sounds as if you are running WoW with administrator priviledges and HotKeyNet without.
If you do so, HKN has no right to rename/resize a window with higher permissions.
To fix this I would try to also run HKN as Administrator.

I can also confirm that it's merely an Admin rights issue. Back before I was strictly a hardware boxer, I really enjoyed HKN on Vista.
