fury = bloodthirst + WW, slam when your instant slam is available... heroic strike if you have excess rage.

i use:

BT > WW > Slam/Cleave (with the other rage/damage improving talents on cooldown)

I have glyph for cleave so its the same cost as heroic strike. use either. i use cleave if i have 2 mobs, hs if i have one.
Sometimes i execute as a finisher, sometimes i save it up for the next fight.

Hamstring runners.
finally... get a bow or throwing knife. not only will it be a "stat stick", if you want to enter a fight with intercept and not lose the rage you've built up on changestance/charge/changestance, then you can enter combat with an arrow shot then intercept.

DW or 2hander? its up to you.
