Is it not possible to have more than 5 accounts in your name? I tried creating another RAF trial account today, which would have put me at 6 accounts, 2 paid accounts and 4 trials. I kind of messed up my RAF linking so I was trying to fix the problem by creating another one. When I went to create the trial account it denied me and I was prompted with a message to contact blizzard.... any ideas?

There is no max to the number of accounts that a person can have. However you can only have one per email address.

Could be a few things:

The RAF offer is limited to specific countries. If you have an IP that appears to be from a country not listed in those, it can not allow you to create another RAF account.

If you create many trial accounts from the same (static) IP address, the automatic system can think that you are a spammer, creating more accounts to sit in IF or ORG and /say GO TO JULIEAS.COM FOR CHEAPEST WOW GOLD

As long as you're inside the countries where RAF is offered and you're not a spammer, the solution is to simply call blizzard, and they can set up the accounts for you no problem.

I will do that, thanks. I don't think the one account per email address is correct, as I have 2 paid accounts and 3 trial accounts atm all one one email address.

This is kind of true. I don't know about the reasoning behind it, but if you try to create more than the allowed number of accounts from one ip address, you'll get that 'zomg error contact blizz' message. Exact same thing happened to me and I was able to call them to get it straightened out. Connecting to a different internet source will work as well-- my friend came over and wanted to create a trial account but it wouldn't let him on our connection. He was able to create an account by connecting to a neighbor's wireless internet.

I have 9 accounts (1 in Europe) and they are all on the same e-mail account.

I have 10 accounts and the problem you're having is because there's a limit on how many accounts you can make from one IP in a short period of time. You either have to wait a while, use a different IP, or call them up about it.

The limit is not on the actual accounts you can have, but on the amount of trial accounts that you can send out. In your account management page go to the recruit a friend tab, and the next screen should tell you how many trail refers you have available. The default number you have available to refer is 5. Im not sure how and when it resets, but if I remember right you should get your trial/refer back when the other accounts upgrades.
