Dual boxing plus a friend-pally

I'm a dual-boxing RAF, and Im gonna get my friend to RAF up with me, so we'll basically be grouping together all the time, he plans on playing a pally so I was wondering for the best synergy that would work best out of the following, mage/mage>pally, druid/druid>pally, mage/druid>pally

or any other classes that would work well in this 3-man group

What spec is the paladin?

Any of thsoe should work fine, it's only a 3-man group so there aren't concerns about doing heroics with it etc.

Either ret or prot, not sure yet. So i'll be looking at either dps/healz, or just dps/dps.

With druids ill be speccing dps in case of ret pally I might put a little heals in. What looks like the fastest spec(s)for leveling?

I would do a Paladin and Druid, with 3 man im going to guess your going to be leveling via non instances primarily and cashing in on the 3x xp quest turn ins from the RAF. Druid gives you a great buff with MotW and a damage shield. Healing wont be a problem as both the druid and pally can heal. Pick any easy to follow dps class, Mage or warlock or something that has a lot of instant cast dps because things are going to be dead before you wind up your second or third casting of anything else.
