DK in arena question.

Ok so I quit wow after glad in season2 with my rogue and have sense then gotten my roommate hooked on boxing and I've been enjoying play his 4xshamans. Now was I'm thinking is making a DK to run 5v5 with him and I was wondering how viable that would be? I'm really hoping to get some feedback from people that have some arena experience with boxing shamans.
My thought is that with this set up you would pull your target away from his group and be able to gib one every quick being that you have 5dps. I don't know much about DK's yet, but my roommate and I both have 2s and 5s glad experience so i figure we should do alright, but the goal is to do well.

So should I role DK or stick to normal healer to suport his shamans?
