Defense for tanks

I'm not really sure, but I know that as a paladin tank I need to be stacking up on defense defense defense stamina and defense. But the thing is at level 66 I'm already at 377 defense and I'm not sure if I maxed out my defense for the level yet or not.

Just wondering if anyone knew what the max used to be at 70 so I would have a gist of how much more to stack...

And yes, 540 is max at 80...i know >.>
