Howdy multiboxers,

ive been looking around and searching... ive seen mention of a combat scrolling text called Mik's that will show YOUR procs (havent seen any verification that it shows your teams procs)... I also saw Jafula mention that he might some time in the future work on a proc monitor . Wondered if anybody had anything that was working now? Same idea with a cooldown monitor i guess.

Thanks.

Thanks. If you use Mik's, you can create a new trigger, set the source unit affiliation to party member (or a specific unit name i believe) and tell it what proc to watch for.
i have mik's set up now to show a couple different procs like Eclipse, and also show the outgoing damage for all party members in a separate scroll area.

A bit spammy for my locks due to dots/pet damage, but... hey... I like it. ;)

Profiles are awesome, btw. Great for setting up a not-so-spammy (no party damage) profile for raiding.

Ok I worked with this a little bit after work today... got it so on my druid it pops up when my shaman gets a 5 stack of maelstrom weapon.. so I guess I have the "proc" events down where your team members receive a buff.

Ive been trying to get it to show when party cooldowns refresh but not sure if its just wishful thinking that it does that... do you guys use it for that? If not, are you using anything?

Thanks for the help.

A while ago I used a mod that would specifically watch for and track the cool downs of other players.
Every time it saw an effect happen that had a known cool down it would pop up a bar with the characters name and time till cool down.
That was GREAT for timing stuns after mages iceblocks and paladins bubbles.
I will see if I Can find it. I am at work and not doing anything anyway.

I'm at work right now so I can't test it, but you should give it a try :P

I used a mod called "Omniscience" that did exactly that... I think NaturEnemy cast bars did that too?

Haven't touched either since 3.0, so dunno if they're updated.

Mik's seems to feed off of the combat log, so I'd imagine it could show you anything that shows up in the combat log (and I don't think "Spell Ready!" shows up in the combat log ;) )... I was mostly fiddling with it to get party DPS on my screen.

Suvega liked watching it yesterday -- since I'm working with Warlocks there was just a steady stream of red text for all the dot ticks.

I use DOTimer (or is it DOTimers) to track cooldowns, pretty sure it can track group cooldowns, but i dont think i have that set up myself atm.

I looked at the afflicted one but they were saying its just for enemies... trying something called Party Ability bars right now that seems pretty easy (though that doesnt mean its the best solution).

I haven't spent much time trying to figure this out but I need too. I think the OP isn't worried about cooldowns he is worried about procs.

IE

http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=44549

Brain Freeze Rank 3
Your Frost damage spells with chilling effects have a 15% chance to cause your next Fireball spell to be instant cast and cost no mana.

If you miss the proc on this you miss the chance to send a free fireball.

NaturEnemy cast bar!! That's the one, damned if I could find it either. :) thanks Vynd. I am pretty sure that one was able to track friendly stuff too, was nice so I could see ankh timers and soulstone times when leading raids.

I do not remember how configurable it was.
NL Cooldown Watch looked interesting and Exactly what was being asked for, but has not been updated since May 18 2007
