Ok, well at first I recruited my self just for the mount, so I typed in all the information really fast, I didn't use the right name / address / phone number, but on the other account I did. If I multiboxed with these two accounts would there be a chance of me being banned? I well pay with the same credit card, and use the same IP adress, but i'm still concered i might get banned. I have not multi boxed yet on the two accounts I leveled them both though xD and decided to get keyclone recently.

Is there a way to change the details ?(


EDIT: Is there a good guide someone can show me on this sight? I'm going to do two mages, I heard of a 'round robbin' feature that allows you to cast a spell on a different toon switching toon to toon, i want to know if I can edit it to make it cast frost nova between the two accounts. ;O

If your name is incorrect, call Blizzard's billing phone number and see if you can get the name updated. They will probably ask you for the SQA and other account details (perhaps even your CD Key number).

The point is, the account is owned by the person whose name is on the account.
The account can only be played by the person whose name is on the account and that person's minor dependent child.

If you don't fit in that bucket, you can get banned. So I suggest you call Billing to try and fix it.


Though why people DON'T use "the right" name boggles my brains. Unless you're trying to hide some shady behaviors or are SERIOUSLY paranoid about identity theft....

I don't like using my real name too much lol. My name on my account is like "Foanf aknfka" lol idk what it is xD


Could this be done by emailing blizzard though? Do i have to call em? :S

Don't sweat billing they are very nice.

But ya i would believe you would have to call and explain you were some how interrupted when creating the account and your son must have changed the name and you didn't notice. or something to that effect that makes you sound 'stupid' and not sneaky.

I called in once because i forgot a user/pass for one of my accounts, the guy was very friendly and said.. well sir i am showing 20 with that email.. i was like ya but most are banned. He laughed. I was dumb long ago and used automation then went to using services to do my playing.. now its all me. Saved me tons LOL.

Call in they are normal people. just don't say anything against there terms if your 'shady'. Keep to the point and dont wander off to other topics.

here is a piece of advice from my experience, i created 5 accounts and had some mistake in the info provided, all i did to fix this is call blizz and explained the situation, and they asked me to fax them any proof of identity and any utility bill shows my adress, and it got fixed in 5 minutes, my advice is call them and explain to them the problem and am sure they will be very helpfull, remember the button u click after filling the information? u stating that the info u providing are correct which is part of agreement with blizzard, hope u get it fixed and gl
