I've never liked the whole "I'm going to cover nearly a third of my screen with a black bar" thing :P
Your buttons at the bottom seem to be a bit messy, if you tidied them up, and removed the huge black bar, you'd have more space.
If you want some ideas, here's mine ('http://i467.photobucket.com/albums/rr39/Araketh/WoWScrnShot_113008_110035.jpg').

Im dualboxing 2 on 1 screen. The bottom right is the 2nd wow window which isn't loaded
Reason i added the black bars(viewport) was to "push" up the bottom areas upwards so that the 2nd wow window wont be blocking anything on my screen
With your HP and MP bars on the top left area..wont you like..forget to see them and die sometimes?>_>
Bars are a bit messy...just did the ui..havnt had time to modify them...trying to make more space before i start that
I took of a pic without the black thingy

Just a couple of things i have noticed, Why the massive potion/healthstone icons?
And Why do you have the Spots for the actions to be placed in still showing all the time.
Removing the little Grey boxes for you to put action in would de-clutter it alot, along with organizing the actions you have
this is my Ui if your interested

Sure they're easy to see, but it looks like they would get in the way. Also, you edited your name out a lot, but i can still see it :whistling:

Huge pots so i can see when i do a PIP switch
I might add a HUD after seeing your UI
Black boxes to show what happens when the bars are filled

I personaly think that compressing your actionbars down a bit, chucking the unit frames over to the side and possiably switching off the empty grey placeholders would make it much neater

First advice: Link you pics better. Link to the actual image, not a thumbnail.
I'm 2-boxing on one PC myself and also have a PIP setup similar to yours - except the slave is in the bottom left corner. It's not in the way of anything there. I can imagine you have a hard time viewing your bags unless you use a bag mod.
I've found that using the 'dead space' behind the smaller client for pots, revive spells and other rarely used abilities is nice. Doing that on both your clients will let you easily hit those buttons while they're 'small'. Get it? When the client is 'small' you'll be able to see and click the big icons, but when it's maximized you don't see them (they're blocked by the other client).
