Im almost ready, my system should be ready to go within a week. Im excited to 5 box but I really dont know where to do it. Im wondering if I should join other multiboxers, or just stay on my current server (dethecus PVP)? Or does it even matter? My plan is to use my group to pve, and use my dps classes (3 mages most likely, and my priest) to play in some BGs. I see there are those of you who are guilded together, would you recommend that or is that necessary? Other than to just hang out with cool people like you obviously! I was considering moving to a pve server to ease the leveling process, but Im not sure I will transfer for that reason alone, I may be interested in moving to play with other MBoxers. What are the benefits of that idea? Do those of you that play together, do raids together or anything of that sort, or is it just more of a support thing? Thanks in advance.

It's definately more fun when you know other boxers. You can help each other with boxing related issues, macros, keybinds, addons, group makeup, etc. Plus if you know another 5 boxer, you can accomplish all the raid content (in 10 man form) with just the two of you, which is way easier than trying to synchronize 10+ people's schedules and play styles.

But choosing a server is much of a bigger issue as a boxer, because server moves cost $125 per 5 man team.... Best bet is to make a lvl 1 on a bunch of known servers, and log in during your usual play times, and see if that server's boxing community is around the same time.

I play Alliance, on Kil'Jaeden, and I usually play in the evenings, between 7 PM PST and 12AM PST. We're planning on doing raids, so the more the merrier!

Yes moving your characters around should be kept to a minimum for sure. How is 10 man content for 2 5 boxers? Do you know of this happening in say Kara or ZA? Are there que times on your server during peak hours? Also, how do you like the 4 arcane mages and priest team? Mainly pvp i suppose?

Which faction are you playing? I`m since 2 month now on dethecus (Horde) 5boxing but only my groups up to 60 atm. I saw another boxer at the beginning but now not anymore on horde. 3 days ago i met a allyboxer :)

But I´m not actually planning to go to any raids or pvp because my system is very weak ;)

I play Horde side on Destromath (PvP). I am a 4boxer and am typically on from 11AM PST until 12 or 1AM PST (give or take for events going on :P) There is a fellow 5boxer who typically plays from 4PM PST until 9PM PST on weekdays and until who knows when on weekends (aka his days off :P). For the most part the people on our server are very accepting of us boxers. We currently have enough between the other boxer, myself, and my boyfriend and best friend to do 10mans easy, but we would love to be able to do 25mans, and we have been recruiting people for them. Of course, only people that are either multiboxers or that like us bc what's the point in getting people that are just going to hate on us? lol

As far as what you should do, it depends. I am personally a very social player, so having friends around is always nice. We would be more than willing to help you get set up with bags and some gold to get ya started if you rerolled on our server, and anything else ya needed. And of course, since it's a PvP server, if you get ganked, the poor guy (or gal, yes it's possible! 8)) won't know what hit 'em if we are all online. Because I'll bring out my 4 73 shammies, our 5boxer will bring out his 3 boomkin (other 2 accts are canceled for the time being, damn economy :() and anyone else that wants to come out and have some pvp fun will be there!

But honestly, its up to you. If you want to stay on your server, try it out. Start leveling a team and see what the reaction is. Take the team into a major city, put them in formation and sit. That's when you typically find out what people really think about ya lol But if you do decide to reroll on a new server, consider Destromath! You can reach me either here or in game on one of the toons below!

Good luck with your system and your new boxing adventures wherever they are :D

I play alliance, Cenarius (US); a carebear server.

There are some of the best raid guilds on the server, not that wow raids are all that challenging at the moment.
Afterlife from Everquest makes it home on this server, but in wow anything they've done, 9000 other guilds have too.

As far as boxing, I receive 95% positive comments, but do have the odd fool spit on my toons.
I have not pvp'd as a boxer much, mainly playing my various teams towards 80 in the pve grind.

During leveling up, of my shaman team alone, I came across 8 alliance and 2 horde 5-box teams.
Not sure if they're all unique players or not.
While creating my 5's druid team, another boxer was creating a 5's druid team, with both of us standing around not doing much but making macro's. It was neat though.

I'm not sure if this is a good server in relation to others as far as boxing goes, but its a pretty good server.

My mage and warrior are horde side dethecus. I also have a 70 alliance paladin on another server which I can transfer anywhere and use to boost as well. My goal is to pve, but I also want to do arenas myself as well as BGs. I like the idea of doing 10 man content with another boxer, I think that would be a blast. I dont have the time to comit to 25 man content though, not enough to be fair to others im playing with anyway. I like the idea of using a prot warrior more so than the paladin to tank, for some reason paladins have always annoyed me, even my own =).

Hey there, and thanks for your reply. A few questions about your server. Are there que times in the evenings, mainly between 5 PM pst and 10 PM pst? Que times are a no no for me. How are the que times for the BGs as well, and arena? Thanks in advance.

As far as queue times for the server, there are none. When Wrath first came out we had them of course, but what server didn't? lol Luckily those times are done and over with :D

At 70 the BGs weren't bad at all. About 5-10 minutes depending on the BG and what weekend it was. I never got my 4 shammies up high enough to do arena's, but that was one thing I looked into before we all rolled on this server and people said the arena queue's were fairly quick. We also have pretty good world PvP. Always Horde getting groups to go kill the Alliance kings and same with Alliance coming to our towns hehe Also WorldDefense seems to be blown up on a regular basis if you're into World PvP :)

Hope this helps, and let me know if you have any more questions :D

Ok, good to hear there are no que times. I have limited wow time so sitting around looking at a que is not an option! What sort of stuff do you do as a guild if I can ask? I would be very far behind you guys for quite some time, while I level some more toons to 60, and then instance grind them from 60-70+, but when I do get up there it would be fun to do some cool stuff with other Mboxers. Is it just you and that other guy with the druids you mentioned that Mbox?

So far just us 2 that multibox. My boyfriend is interested in it, but probably won't get above 2 accounts when he actually starts it. As far as being far behind, no worries at all! We are taking our time lvling up atm, I've got solo toons I want to lvl as well as my 4box team. And Zite83's 5box team is on hold until he gets some more money so he can reactivate the other 2 accounts.

Our plans are to do 10mans for sure, and 25mans once we get enough people. We are working on getting there which rocks :) And the great thing about the 25 mans, we won't have to put that much effort into it, I mean, not like "ZOMG we are raiding EVERY day! J00 will show up or J00 will die!!" type stuff lol All our raiding will be very casual and if someone can't show up, it's no big deal, RL comes first :) Besides Wrath content, we would like to go back to Outland and and Azeroth and mess around with the old raids if we get super bored :P It'd be fun to do it MB style, plus achievements are fun!!
