Right now for my 5 shamans im using the following macro
/Castsequence reset=15 hex
/Castsequence reset=15 ,hex
/Castsequence reset=15 ,,hex
/Castsequence reset=15 ,,,hex
/Castsequence reset=15 ,,,,hex
Is that right because it sure as crap doesnt feel right lol
and I cant put it on round robin as im not using Keyclone. (im using HotkeyNet)

I'd change it to:
/castsequence reset=45 Hex,,,,
/castsequence reset=45 ,Hex,,,
/castsequence reset=45 ,,Hex,,
/castsequence reset=45 ,,,Hex,
/castsequence reset=45 ,,,,Hex
Basically, you won't want it to reset to the first point in the sequence after 15 seconds of non-pressing, because the first shaman will not be able to cast it until the 45 seconds have elapsed.
Also, with the comma's (delays) after the spell, as well as before the spell, you won't have the first shaman trying to cast Hex on every push, when it is a later shammies turn to be pressing it.
Bottom line, you only want one shaman to be casting at a time, in a round-robin.

HotkeyNet does round robin. Click for info:
Toggle (round robin) in HotkeyNet ('http://www.hotkeynet.com/p/toggles.html')
For advanced round robin commands:
SetToggle in HotkeyNet ('http://www.hotkeynet.com/ref/settoggle.html')
ResetToggles in HotkeyNet ('http://www.hotkeynet.com/ref/resettoggles.html')
