So i have a team at 70 and they all have engineering. And I see this cool new mount, the MECHANO-HOG!!! (OMG OMG OMG) So Im on thottbot, trying to get a good idea of what mats I need to buy, when i then find out that the mechano hog is a vehicle, not a mount. Now this confuses me. I know that you cant autofollow with a siege weapon ad stuff, but how about the mechano hog? I hope to god you can /follow with them. Think how awesome it would be with 5 dudes on motorcycles come crusing thru Org. Lol.

Vehicles can't be put on follow. Because the /follow command works for your character, and not your vehicle.

Maybe it will get fixed someday though. :p

oh wow thats beat. I was getting all excited to have my engineers with there motorcycles and flying machines. Oh well, now i have to use brown war bears. /cry

Players can follow players in most vehicles.
Vehicles cannot follow anyone.

Oh well, there are only up to three-seaters anyway. So it looks like three in a mammoth and two on normal mounts following.

By "anymore" are you saying they could originally? Why do you think they would explicitly remove that function?

I have found that if the toons are already mounted and on follow and the leader gets into a vehicle they will continue to follow that toon. (Example is doing some daily quests which require a vehicle)

Unsure on the hogs or the other player vehicles however.

Of course, if Aspect of the Pack's 30% run buff really affects vehicles, nothing's going to make them keep up...:D
