Emblem of heroism itemization...

... looking forward to grinding my way to a full set of nice emblem epics, I discover that there's actually not that much use for them. I'm sort of hoping that wowhead (currency link ('http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40752#currency-for')) just doesn't have all the data, but can it be that it's only possible to get chest and glove epics for emblems? No legs/wrist/back/head/mainhand etc. I can only seem to find items for:

1) Chest
2) Hands
3) Neck
4) Trinket
5) Totem/relic etc
6) Offhand
7) Waist

Is that really it?

You're right and I am disappointed aswell :) But I assume we just have to get our hands on Emblem of Valor!

EDIT: You can use http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42948 as a mainhand, but Titansteel is much better and worth getting :-)

EDIT: You can use http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42948 as a mainhand, but Titansteel is much better and worth getting :-)Yeah, def. going for titansteel :-) Also, you can't enchant heirloom items (which I guess makes sense), so the heirlooms are pretty much only for gearing up new characters and needs to be replaced at lvl 80.

I was under the impression you could enchant Heirloom items, but only with enchants that don't have a level restriction (aka only pre-BC enchants.)

As far as Emblems go, when BC launched you could only get Head/Cloak/Trinket/Ring/Neck/Off-hand/Shield items from badges (and the 4-pc fire resist set.) All the other badge items were added later (second set with ZA patch, third set with Sunwell.) In a way I'm glad they're actually putting different "tier" badges. No more farming kara to get T6-quality gear.

I'm pretty sure the list on WoWhead isn't complete - there's no caster shaman pvp set listed at least. But yeah, def. getting Titansteel as well.

It is disappointing that there's less than a full set of epic gear available from 5man heroic badges, but it's exactly the same as tbc launch when there was only a few odd rings and trinkets available from badges.

just have to be patient...everything will come in time. granted they dont have that great of stuff available for them yet, but we know they will add more as they add in the content that doesnt exist yet.

and heirlooms are awesome...idc if you can put enchants on em or not.
