[WoW] Realm locked, any ideas?

I wanted to transfer a character to Stonemaul realm but it is locked for transfer, more likely because it is full (400-600 queues at evenings).

Any ideas when blizzard opens transfer for such realms? Or it happens only if the realm's population decreases?

the thing is, this is popular Russian server and population wont decrease any time soon

Why is the realm I want not listed?
We may remove a realm as an eligible destination for a variety of reasons:

* The realm is full at this time.
* It has been fewer than 90 days since the realm was launched, except if the realm was launched for the specific purpose of migration
* It has been fewer than 180 days since the realm was launched and the realm does not have the gates to Ahn’Qiraj open yet
* You are attempting to transfer from a Normal (PvE) realm to a PvP realm. Characters currently located on Normal (PvE) realms are only eligible to move to other Normal (PvE/RP) realms.
* There might be an upcoming free character migration to this realm.

ye I have read the FAQ and "the realm is full" is only one that fits the situation

You're just going to have to wait it out.

400-600 queues is insane. I haven't seen a queue on my realm (Kil'Jaeden) in well over a year, and I don't miss them at all.

Pay-to-wait is a BAD business model.

actually, I could go any other reaml, I dont really care, but...

I want a raiding guild with decent PvE-progress (like 4 bosses in ssc and 3 in tk) which raids like 3-4 days per week, so I can raid after work and still have offdays to study.

so... there are alot of people from different realms, does anyone know a decent semi-hardcore raiding guild? :) looking a realm to transfer (my old sucks)
