Last night began what I hope to be a very long and fruitful PVP venture to destroy all that is the Alliance. Having done PVP rarely in the past via multiboxing, but having attained Glad/Challenger Title on two different characters, I figured I should try my luck at five boxing Warsong Gulch. The results were mixed.

First off the team I had going were my 4 mages and priest. All Blood Elf, which means mana tap and arcane torrent. Each were level 28, which as we all know sucks as a bracket because of all the level 29 twinks. Luckily, most of my guys were sitting fairly well geared so I thought "Eh, what the hell."

Of course after the initial reaction by the BG folks on what I now dub "Worthless Team 2" With 4 calling me a botter and leaving, while the fifth thought, I'm going to give this guy a shot. Well, the battle starts and I charge the field. I take a look at the list of people in the BG and sure enough 10 for 10 from the same server (Skullcrusher), I'm thinking, "Great full twink premade." So I hit midfield and collide with the Alliance, sure enough they are caught off guard, so much so I kill off all of them while only losing a mage and my main, but I can still target and nuke and continue to do so while managing the corpse run. It takes them awhile, but as always 5 guys in concert can take down one guy with five chars, but I'm not finished yet.

They cap once, we cap once, we almost cap again, they do cap again. Its now 2 to 1 and I'm pissed, so I say screw it, I'm getting the damn flag. So I hop down into their flagroom piss stomp their 4 guards with AE and HN drink up, grab the flag and start toward my flag room. Now remember 5x Arcane Torrent = ASSLOAD OF SILENCE. I fear the lot of them as I come out of their tunnel and flash freeze the rest in place. They have grabbed our flag and the carrier thinks he can kill me, yeah, good luck with the 4x fire blast and then AE's. I return the flag and cap moments later. Without losing a man! Now I would like to say we went on to win the match, but around this time everyone else in the match got pissy that I had the top 4 spots for Hk's with my mages and had just gotten a cap. The match was eventually lost, but damn, racking up so many HK's so quickly was a blast, and I intend to continue doing it until each one of my guys gets insignia of the Horde.

So basically the morale of the story, is that its your money every month, play as you want and do your best and don't worry what other people think about. I had more fun in that one match up than any BG I've played in. Now I just wait for my first AV with these guys. Until next time.

Sweet. I am hoping over the holidays I can get my newly made 4x shaman team into a BG bracket above the 19 mess hehe.

WSG is the worst BG to experience what PvP is like for a Multi-boxer, the best one is Eye of the Storm, give that one a shot, if you can't play that one at low lvls, Arathi Basin works too.

Great story. Shame on the people who doubted your ability to handle 5 characters. While the main died and had to corpse run part might be a little troublesome, you sure bring a lot of focus fire power to the team. When your mages hit 70, they could probably get iceblock as a spell. POM + Pyro + blastwave + AE then ICEBOCK, you'd be truly unstoppable :)

Also the taunts and jeers from fellow players will never cease to exist, my 5v5 Arena has over 2000 rating on it now, and pretty much everyone on the server knows who I am but the uninformed players will still spout vague demeaning comments to multi-boxers, it's ok though it comes with the trade ^^

I've had some fun experiences in WSG. As soon as I was able to get my leader switching macros and keymaps up I was able to run the flag, and when one character died I'd grab it with the next. Which is a lot of fun.

And the negative comments have often turned into positive comments at the end of the match after I destroy everything or even single handedly break up a turtle by stacking far more dots than a healer can deal with on the flag carrier.
