I did some searching on wowhead for this stuff. I may end up trying to get all this stuff because I doubt I can do heroics with s2 and s3 gear. Hope this helps. If anyone knows better items or has more info, please list it here. You need to research what starts the chain. I have not started any yet so I dont know what unlocks these.

The stormhide set is a full crafted set with resilience mp5 and spell. There are various reputation items that are not listed. Most of the below should be easy to get on all your toons. Its a great starting point for naxx and heroics.

Anyone else disconcerted that all of those items linked only have 40ish stamina? Ugh, I hope that I can get better stuff than that soon, as that stuff will get blown up real quick in PvP. Also anyone else notice that elemental mail is really rare in Lich King? I get tons of side grade shoulders, but damn if I see anything else worth using.

For pvp you want to get the crafted set or get the savage set that requires honor + arena or heroic marks. If you raid 25man content to ge the different raid marks you can buy hateful stuff which is better and purple.
