Hey!

So i decided to test it, since it seemd to be so much fun, and yea it is, i really love it. I got keyclone for a program (thanks for the very fast service i didnt expect it to hit imidatly :) ) and im using the maximiser. I have 3 diffrent wow dirs, my main is the bottom widescreen one and 2 above that right next to eachother.

Everything works pretty much as i want it, im sure i can optimize it more, but one think i noticed is that, when i hit my macro for following my main toon, all is well, we run around the newbie area having others goign LOL at you, then all of the sudden when i stop for some ganking on a pig or whatever, the other 2 just runs off, generally they will just keep running forward, somethimes they endup running in a circle, i imidiatly hit my follow macro, so they turn around and goes back to me, however they dont stop, they just keep running in a new directon, i actually have to stop them my self on each screen. Is this a know problem, did i miss some settings, or is my computer just not able to handle 3 wows?

EDIT: I set the WASD keys to not pass over to the other copies of wow aswell, just a update, i cant think that it whould be what causes this but yea info :)

Speccs are
Win XP ME
P4 2.0Ghz
2gig ram
256 mb nvidia gfx
Running on a 21" screen with low resolution, game resolutions are set to 800x600 and pretty much everything ive been able to turn down to get the best performance ive done on each of the diffrent copies.

any help apriciated!

/M

other people have reported similar problems. i only experience something like this when moving my mouse via synergy to another computer... thereby 'losing' the key up event. since you are on a single computer, that's not your problem.

make sure you put NUMLOCK also in your do-not-pass

personally, i use the mouse to drive and steer... no keys. i also use a stand alone macro for /follow. i read somewhere somebody reported switching to a simple /follow macro and the run-away problem disappeared.

g'luck and let us know how it goes

Thanks for the reply keyclone, yea i actually found the other thread aswell, it seems like alot of ppl have this problem with many diffrent setups.

I will put in the numlock aswell for do-not-pass and see if that helps, other then that im not using synergy or antyhing like that, im running all 3 wow copies from one and the same box (actually its a laptop but hey :P).

I use the wsad to move and the mouse to stear, and yea im just starting out so my macros are very simple so far i only use /follow in a single macro, so that didnt help me. It is however very frustrating :) couse damn this is fun.

My personal insight to it, if it isnt something to do with keyclone (witch it isnt if you follow the other thread) that it could be the hardware/lag issue casing this to happen.

Ill keep you updated thanks again.
