So it appears to set custom camera settings, you have to do it in config.wtf, not in any of the config-cache.wtf files. (wonder why they're there) The problem is, since I have two windows running per computer, my camera settings in config.wtf are lost on load. Any way around this?

If you want separate camera settings for each account with KeyClone you would need to run from multiple copies of WoW. As long as I stuck to 1:1 ratio of accounts:settings I never had a problem with WoW/KeyClone in that respect.

Good call, I bet that's what it's doing. I guess I'll need to start looking into symbolic links, cause I don't want to end up updating two different addon directories.
