Well here I am writing another n00bthread about multiboxing, last time I got nice help so I thought I woul ask one more time :)
This is probably one of the most discussed things on this forum and its very depending on yourself though I would like some tips, advantages and downsides with different examples.
What its all about is how to setup a RAF account chain, this time for 4 accounts.
Though I already have one account with 70-80 chars (almost a must have b4 multiboxing i think lol) but that chars is Horde and Im rerolling Alliance with my friends and to maybe find some other multiboxers :)
That means I have one old account with chars that means nothing for my new multiboxing (gamestyle) but of course i would like to use my own account when recruiting.
Lets call the account I got (WITHOUT any booster!) for W just because it isnt confusable with ABCD...
So chall I recruit like:
W invites B
W invites C
W invites D
Then I will get 3 month of free gameplay on account W if im not wrong? (When activating WoW + TBC)
All chars will get 3x Exp ?
Account B,C and D will be able to give levels to account W = about 76 levels to grant to account W? (not more than to lvl60 per char though)
That means that if I level up another char (that is now a mulyibox char but still on account W on same server as them) to about 30 and then grant him 30 levels and then I would also be able to grant a level 1 char to 60 on account W = after levelling 4 multiboxing chars to 59, I would almost be able to get 2x 59 chars only by levelling one of them to about level 30?
Or I can use the Cascade trick (that I read at:
http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=16423 )
Which shortly means that:
W invites B
B invites C
C invites D
Then B can grant levels to W, C to B, D to C.
Only account D cant get grants then, but can still grant C of course.
Then if you could keep doing collect quests or cloth turnins on account D only, that char would stay one level above the other accounts because it still gets the 3x Exp aswell of course, then when example all chars at level 30 and account D dings 31, he can grant C, which then can grant B which then can grant W.
This will result in a very efficent levelling, though, no free 60 chars when you are done with the multiboxers.
But it gives Zevra mount on all accounts except account D ?
It gives 1 extra month to all accounts except D instead of giving 3 months to account W only?
Is there any other important factors that plays a big roll when choosing how to link the chain? What do you use and why? What should I choose in your opinion and why? ;)
Hopefully this thread will be useful for anyone else than me but i think it will since this is not the easiest decition to make, the easiest was about starting to multibox ;)
(Reason why I havent started yet is because the CPU to my new computer is delayed :/
