RAF 60 to 70? Why the hell not?

Well if you already have your one and only 5 man team of the cookie cutter 1 pally 4 sham or 5 sham nearly 80 already or if your RAF has run out this may not be very appealing to you. I forgot where I was posting I so solly.

My RAF ran out, and I stopped multiboxing whilst getting a druid to 70 in preparation for WOTLK.

I'm levelling my deathknight now and will join up with my other 60 somethings and multibox to 70 and beyond.

I'm more than happy with the new XP range.

If you get the RAF bonus from 60-70 - what are you going to do when you get to 70? Want them to Nerf 70 - 80?

Especially when you see that 1.6 million XP bar without 3 x XP.

60-70 is fine LRN2Quest.

Seriously, they nerfed it to where its laughable now. Look at all the DKs that sped through it and are in northrend now. There are a lot of DK's running around Northrend and 1 80 on Madoran.

Remember that leveling is part of the game that is intended to be enjoyed as well as time at level cap.

Don't think they will do this until next year. The reason i am saying next year is because DK start at 55 and Blizzard wants you to get use to the DK by the time that you are 80. If you speed 55-70 you wont have that much knowledge of your DK.

Hell i have a lvl 68 priest that i have no clue how to play. I have to keys bind to her smite and greater healing. I power lvled her to lvl 60, and now have her grouped with my DK. Well the good thing is that when i group with people i can be like well i was a dps before so this is my first time healing or i was healing spec before so this is my first time dpsing.

I'm not sure most non-beta playing DK's will understand the class anytime soon. Cool new things draw people looking for the next OMGWTFPWNURFACEROLLEZMODEZ class. Once they find out that they have to understand tanking mechanics and not just smash a dps button and watch a movie the novelty will wear off.

Just kidding, I know lots of DPS Warriors that can tank their ass off. I think its a new novelty that will wear down. Just like when BC launched you had 203820802823083 Dranei shaman and BE Paladins running around. If someone rolls a DK up to 80 and realize they can't tank, they'll just switch to a DPS spec.

I vote for the radius on thunderstorm to be doubled, the cooldown removed, and for people who have been hit by it to land on their heads and spin like a top for 15 seconds after landing.

Why they nerfed 1-60 before they RAF'd it.

Now they nerfed 60-70.

I don't think we will see 60-70 RAF until a few months before the next expansion though (to continue the trend).

No way...I'd be in L20 greens at L70 with about 2% of my spells!!!! I think their solution is the DK. Besides, it's fairly fast to level anyway...after finishing most of the quests in Hellfire I will be L64 before I leave (started at L60). Personally I don't mind, I like Outland. I also switched to Horde this time around so it's even better!

They didn't give RAF xp at all until less than 6 months before the expansion.

I do think they should even out the xp requirements a bit though.

At each milestone it goes like 125k then 500k then 1600k. It'd be nice to even it out.

Probably redundant...but since we already have so many level 80's and it hasn't even been out a week yet, I'd suspect they're in no hurry to make it easier to level.

Me too. I've had nearly a full level of rested exp for 15 levels now. I'm just now to Falcon Watch my priest/mage/shaman are just into 60. So, I may run through the rest of Hellfire quests and dive into Ramparts to get through the "dead zone" I may hit before moving to Zang.

I'm sure they will allow it a month or two before the next xpac release just like this last one.

I’m sure I’ll start burning through it once I hit some of the new instances. My main goal was to just get 68 so I could get there. :thumbup:
