So, i'm taking a small break from my boxing team until christmas, in the mean time i'll be playing a DK.
Do you guys have any ideas on how i can powerlvl this DK to 70 ?
At my disposal i have 4 lvl 67 shamans on my extra accounts.
I could just quest with them ungrouped, but i only get xp from the dmg i do to a mob right ? So that would hurth my XP very much.
Any tips on how to get this to 70 in no-time ?

Honestly its super fast to just group the DK with your 4 shamans and pretend like you're questing as normal. Just do all quests including collection quests but only collect on the DK. I'm averaging 1.5-2 hours per level in outland leveling my DK with my 4 70 shamans.
Right now I'm dual boxing 2 DKs (blood & Unholy) and its going pretty fast. I haven't spent much time dead but it is a lil hard without a healer. If I were you I'd team him with at least 1 of the shammies for heals, group or not. If in group with only one shammy, that will keep the xp per kill up. If not in group make sure the DK strikes first blow on targets to get credit for the kills. Just use the shammy as a back up for heals and emergencies. The Death Knight can crank out a lot of dmg, and with a descent healer you shouldn't die much at all if any. Once you learn to play with the DK, Outlands is pretty much a breeze.

You get full XP so long as the mobs killed are within xp range of the tagging character. For powerleveling from 70s, that levels 62. I'm currently tagging things with my 66 DK, have my 9 other characters kill it, and the Dk gets full xp.
FYI, the Ring of Blood bosses give 2k exp each.

I got my DK from 55 to 70 in 1 day 8 hours /played. I did it purely with quest exp. Did most of the ones in HFP, every quest in zanga, a few in terrorkar, a decent amount in nagrand and hit 68 in blades edge. Then went to Howling Fjorde and did quests until 70. After that I jumped over to borean to get exp from those quests before I outleveled them.
So 15 levels and 32 hours is just over a level every 2 hours. Which is about right when you count downtime learning skills and whatnot.

You have a collection of death knight starting quests and you finish up at level 58. I took my death knight afterwards and RAF granted him to level 60.
Then questing as usual in Outland.

this sounds like a fantastic idea.. I may do this to replace my paladin as tank.. and a class i could play solo
is the DK tanking spec also a dps/pvp spec?

Depends on which tanking spec you choose and how strict you want to stay to a tanking spec. The bottom line is DKs can still be pretty darn good tanks even in full DPS talent spec thanks to frost presence and 1 or 2 points you can put into oh-shit talents (like bone shield for unholy).
I'm guessing if you want to tank heroics, raids, etc, you'll need to forego some DPS talents but even still DKs still do WAY more damage then prot pallies, feral druids (in bear form), and prot warriors.

You could mob tagg in a instance, leave the party tagg the mobs and kill them with your shammies, im not sure if its illigal or if you can get banned for it tho... i took 55-65 in 10h that way on my DK

I would advise against it. His team was the best at it and ground out 70-79 in about 13 hours. If blizzard didn't have a problem with it then they wouldn't of banned him.

Well, he didn't get banned, just pushed back to lvl 70 or somethingHe found a way to power lvl people from like lvl 10-60+ in about 4 hours play time (before RAF and the reduced xp in BC). He then made it public on how to do this. Blizzard never said "no this is against the rules". Then a lot of people started doing this and then during 1 patch it was fixed that you cannot do it anymore. I guess like blizzard didn't program this into there new instance logic cause i think he did it again in the new instances. Then Blizzard banned his account and then reset it to 70, told him not to do it again and gave his account back. This is what i read what hapend to him.

Then questing as usual in Outland.
I'm on my last day of RAF (expires tonight) and have 5 linked accounts. Last night, I installed WOTLK and setup a 5-man DK team. Even though I have levels I could grant the DKs, I can't get them out of the phased zone they start out in until they complete all the quests there.
I'm blown away by how multibox friendly the DKs quests are so far. The only major pain is the new vehicle system in WOTLK; follow doesn't appear to work with it. There's a quest where you have to steal a horse which I had to do separately on all 5 toons.
With RAF, I got to level 58 in about 3 hours, which includes the install and a little set up time for macros. This is fun! I only regret that I'm rushing through the quests a bit to get the last drips out of RAF. But I should make it to 60 easily before completing all the DK quests with RAF.

I am interested to see what you make it out of the full DK questline with. I was trying to make a pair of 59 DKs to play the 50-59 WSG/AB, 51-60AV with, but realized about halfway thru that RAF was giving me too much EXP... (kinda ironic I know), so I quit for awhile and just solo'd them, then turned it back on when I realized I would break into lvl 60 before getting out of the starting area. I know you can atleast make 60 with RAF, but wondering if you can make it to lvl 62 before exiting the starting area.
I did a free transfer of the DKs to a new server, so I get another shot at it. Pondering if I should go for full EXP, or go with original plan of doing them solo to 59...
my DK has just about 22 hours played @ LVL 69. lvl to 58.99 and gifted levels to 60.. insta 61. pocket healed by one of my shams (not in group) all the way to 68 (just plain questing) then off to Northrend.
