How well do you guys think that would fair?
I'm thinking it over, and I'm pretty good at micro-ing, and it seems really fun.
Only thing I can think of is speed issues and messing up the follow's of my alts. But then again it might not be that bad subteltly spec and level 70...

the thing about this forum is trying new things so i say give it ago mate :)
personally i think your problems will be loseing the point of stealth with 4 shaman following you about
as long as your shaman are ranged i think you will be fine, theres also a attack on assist button on interface options i guess this just means it will start auto attacking ie melleeing when your target comes in range so i guess you could have 4 melee shaman too.
i think you should give it ago you will know by level 20 if its right for you or not.
personally i would prob go druid over rogue, becuase that would give you the option to tank when you felt like it for instances.

The attack on assits is used like this.
If I have it switched off and I use a macro the is /assist Mytank the character running the macro will target Mytank's target. If it is switched on the charactcer will target Mytank's target and start attacking, Melee and Hunters will use what ever gun/bow/xbow/etc they have if at range from the target, and casters will start wanding. If in Melee range melees and hunters use weapons and casters use staff/mace/whatever...
The other thing is I think not something you can stop, if your target comes into melee range on non-casters the non-caster will always switch to a melee weapon, casters will carry on wanding. In the case of shamans, because IIRC they can't use wands they'll switch to a melee weapon even if you don't want them too, unless you have the attack on assist switched on...
I think. : )

i'd make them go elemental, and druid wouldn't be a bad idea.
sadly i can only 3 box atm. : / druid and 2 shams seems pointless unless it's druid 4x shams : )

had no idea it worked like that it sounds pretty bad like you could quite easily get some unwanted pulls.
i was just thinking also of back in the day when the naxx patch was launched how stormstike stacked :D

Starting a Rogue/2xDruid team myself to try out at some point, full stealth, and specing the Druids Balance seems like it might be fun :)
At first glance I thought.... no way that would work.
But after thinking about it.... I could see as being feasible. It might be a bit awkward though and in my theorycraft opinion a bit lacking on several fronts.
Stealth is completely useless due to the shammys.
Maybe 1 rogue and 4 druids? THAT would be fun to see.

Plus you could swap out a bear tank and add or subtract healers as needed.
At least in theory.

Heh. Would be awesome for gankage. I can't really see it working that great in PvE or Battlegrounds though.

I've played with the thought of this setup:
2 shamans, 3 druids.
1 enhancement shaman for the naturedebuff of stormstrike
1 elemental shaman for spelldmg totem+ crit/hit totem
2 moonkin druids for spellcrit aura and nuking
1 healer either resto shaman or druid.
Maybe swith one random for a beartank when needed, but that makes the enhancement shaman harder to control.
