Whats with the ad for a stat changer program?

I'd imagine its a memory editor of some sort, which hacks the game file client side.
End result, you play around for a short amount of time, and then have your account banned.
Not worth it, unless you're done with the game and want to never be able to return.

Indeed it is a memory editor which changes your values clientside, nothing will come out of this though as the real values are stored serverside.
