i searched every where and still i couldn't find a solution for my problem, i am using keyclone and multiboxing on 1 pc , but still i can't find a way to let the mouse in my main send orders to the minion of me :S, like make my minion accept quests, pick up loots and so on, thanks in advance:)

That's because there is no way, on a single PC, within the terms of service, to automate mouse location and clicks. While you can rebind a key to a mouse click and Warcraft does remember the last position of the mouse cursor on each screen, this just isn't very effective in my experience as a way of automating quest pickup.

For quests, nearly all of us open the quest window on all the slave toons, and then use either macros or an addon (Jafula's awesome Jamba addon makes this absolutely trivial) to accept or complete the quest on all the toons at the same time.

For looting, most of us loot only on our lead toon and I believe most of us avoid collection quests like the plague. For those collection quests you really need, if you are using KeyClone I recommend getting PiP working and just switching your main window/focus to a slave toons after you've done the pickups on your master.
