Video card issues

So I bought 2 new video cards so that I can finally do the dual card/sli fun... bought 2 nvidia 9800gts with 1gig memory..

so when i get the cards in my comp... at first the computer wouldnt' start up at all... then after taking a break and re-installing them.. the computer starts up but no output to monitor.

any help or advice would be appreciated...

700 watt power supply

get best buy's geek squad to do it. costs some cash but you don't have to put up with the frustration and job usually gets done faster.

normally i'd go to best buy or such to get help... however I live 300 miles away from one so not really an option.... :(

What OS are u runnin.

And do you have the bridge installed. If this is the case try taking it off. I dont believe that they are needed any longer.
Also Ur only gonna get 1 monitor with sli enable i thnk.
