Is there a way to track your posts?

I am looking for a post I put up today but I am afraid it was deleted.

At the top of the screen it says Welcome (Screen name) so for me it says Welcome Redbeard. If you click your screen name it will go to a little info thing about you... one of the options there is track users posts.

Click on your username next to your post, then in your profile click on your post count " Posts 223 (0.97 posts per Day)"
