1. Can you use the "granted levels" to level a toon on your veteran account from 60-70?

2. Can you use the "granted levels" to level a death knight from 55-60 on the veteran account?

-Having a day off on Tuesday stinks. :( I should have kept hunting today.

1 The highest you can be granted a lvl is 59

2 Yes, you can lvl a DK to 60 with the granted lvl process

I don't believe you can gift a Dk from 55 to 60. When I was playing with mine in beta you couldn't get summoned out of the area, and everything was phased/instanced so you couldn't get next to your DK with a non-DK. And you have to do all the starter quests to get all your talent points so it isn't worth skipping the zone (I don't think you can leave until you've done them all anyway) Now you can certainly gift your DK from 58 to 60 once he's out of the starting zone. I ran the DK starting area twice and both times came out at level 58.5ish.

Ok, so I got two different answers here...can you grant levels to a dk? My toon with the level is sitting at 59 3/4 while I try to figure this out. If you can is it possible to get the toons close together to do it?

I really can't find a use for em. I have two 70's and now two 60's...so I'm not really motivated to level any more up to 60! My other 30 is on another server so I can't grant those. I guess I'll use some on lvl 15 priest, why not. So those levels last until my RAF time is up right?

you can grant lvl up to 59.99

you can grant 2 lvl's to your DK. 58->59: 59->60

i would wait till your priest is lvl 40+... than you can grant him to lvl 60, saving yourself the time grinding those longer exp levels.

You can definitely grant levels to a DK. You can't summon the DK out of the starter instance until after the quest with the Battle of Light's Hope Chapel. Before that, I got an error message saying something like, "You cannot leave until you have escaped the clutches of the Lich King!" When I got back to Ebon Hold after that quest, and before I turned in the next quest, I was able to summon out my DK. I was 57, very close to 58 by then, so I granted 3 levels. Got a fabulous "How the hell are you 61 already?!?!" whisper from another DK. :D
