I'm no comp expert but I'll toss out a few suggestions.

1. Did you last play on your old system before or after patch 3.0 hit? 3.0 requires alot more resources from your system then prior patches. In other words if you last played on your old system pre-3.0 and only started playing on your new system post-3.0 then I imagine it will seem that you are running slower on your new system when infact its due to more system resources required.

2. Did you have Vista on your old machine? Vista requires alot more resources then say XP did. If you had XP or something else on your old system that defintiely will eat up alot more resources as well.

3. Do you have Vista 32-bit or 64-bit? If you only have a 32-bit Vista you are only actually getting use out of approx. 3.25GB or your RAM as that is all a 32-bit OS will recognize. If you want full use of your 4GB of RAM you'll need to upgrade to a 64-bit OS.

4. What kind of Vid card did you have in your old machine? Your current one isn't really that fast tbh.

I don't know enough about MoBo to comment on them.
