Reserve your DK name now

with the release less than a week away it would be a good idea to reserve your DK's name now. once the expansion hits there will be 1000s of DK's created the first couple of days. so the good names will go fast. I know i hate coming up with a good name only to find out it is already taken than trying 5-6 more before settling on something i regret, only to think of a much better one a couple days later. so just make a toon now, give it the perfect DK name and than after the expansion hits cancel that toon and create your DK.

I for one am NOT going to roll a DK, atleast not untill 6 moths or so, and then only to have a bank alt with epic mount.

The plan is to hit 80 with my shamans, get gear etc then level a 5 of my other chars.

So i willlevel up a Deathknight to 59 were he will meet my Raffed priest/mage/hunter.

When i hit 70 with them i will have to choose who to drop and take since got a 70 druid/warrior/rogue/paladin/warlock waiting :S

Rethingink it i could just level up my deathknight,priest,mage,hunter in one and then level a 5 man team with my druid,warrior,rogue,paladin,warlock.

In the end i would have 1 of each char at 80 + my 5 shamans.. Not bad realy :)

Well Bubbles is taken on a large number of servers but not mine lol so I might just do it but have to think about it, I will probably not start one yet and get my team to 70, and maybe even a solo 70 to 80 before I actively start a DK but not sure yet. I will have to see how they do, I have a crew that could use a DK to level with as a tank, I might even see if my friend wants to do it together.

I'm going to be leveling a team of alternates for my 10-box team, including a DK and warrior tank just in case there's some mechanic later on that I need those for. So I will be making one eventually. I don't know that my name will be anything that someone else would take. I guess I'll try reserving something just in case. Maybe Underice (Under Ice) or Nocturn. All my new characters have a Kate Bush theme, as does most of my guild.

That's becasue you're about 6 months too late...

Also remember that anything with 'black' in the name could be construed as a racial insult/bias which is a big nono as far as Blizzard are concerned.

and lastly, some of you might want to review the naming policies on the wow site, there's a whole bunch of stuff that's reportable regardless of what type of realm you're on, let alone the additional RP naming rules.
