Second Wow Not working

Just after this most recent patch my Second Account wont work it tries to download the patch, finds that its already installed and quits

"This update does not need to be applied. It requires version 3.0.2.9056 of "WoW.exe", but you already have version 3.0.3.9183."


I have 2 separate folders for the games Wow and Wow1, with Wow1 being the one with the problem - it was fine prior to patch 3.0.3
Second account can be played fine using Primary Wow log in but not secondary

If it was me I'd:
- backup the WTF & Interface folders from the non-working WoW
- delete the non-working WoW
- copy the working WoW to re-create the 2nd one
- restore the WTF & Interface folders.

I always upgrade 1 acct the arrange by modified date and copy anything that has the date I updated to the other 4 folders. The WTF interface thing would work just as well though.

patches always download to the 1st wow folder you have. so capy paste lol thats what i do on patch days

Ok done the Copy and replace (almost messed it up big time....)
Now we have a new problem - wont connect at all, Prime Account connects no prob
