Unfortunately, the raid started late so people had to go to bed for work/school by the time we got to Vashj, so only got 1 rushed attempt at her which resulted in a wipe during P2.

Once again due to time restraints we didn't attempt Netherspite and no one had the urn for Night bane. We actually 8 manned Prince in the end with only 1 holy priest and me as back up for heals lol.

I could have if I wanted to, but I ended up just rolling with 1 char so people wouldn't QQ so much. Ended up winning some awesome boots and t5 hands so I think karma paid off :P

I 8boxed attumen and Moroes ( solo ) last week. Maiden kicked my butt. I need to read up on some MB strats hehe. They nerfed that place hard ( or did they just beef us up that much ? )

Since 3.02 I've been clearing ZA in roughly 90mins and Kara in 2-3 hours it's been fun too bad i didn't start pve boxing soon I'm having a blast. Since 3.02 I stopped pvping and focused more on PVE. I didn't think I'd like boxing the tank + 3 dps + 1 healer setup, but it is really fun. Been boxing 5 shams + 1 pally for pve, and was working on adding a boonkin + shadow priest... they probably won't make their pve appearance till WOTLK 10mans (if 10boxable). Gruul + Mags are 15manable now too... Gruul event got started with 1/2 the raid behind the gate and we still did it with 11-15 people I didn't get the exact #.

On lurker, i used to just stay in the water and let it burn me, its what i called putting shadowpriests to good uses ;) Basically if you have enough incoming heals, aka shadowpriest / healing spring totems, you can stay in the water without worrying about spouts.

However you have to jump backup to dps the adds, this could be a royale pain in the ass for a multiboxer.

Yup, as you can see I have the healing stream totems down (I used them to heal during spouts, but switched to mana totems once I was back up). Also, you may notice I am standing on one of the outer platforms. That was my platform to dps the adds on, so I had to jump back up. The trick I used was to get the lead char up there, walk to the other side of the platform, /follow til the slaves are on the edge, jump (breaks follow in water) and press /follow again when they are rising so they start moving forward (onto the platform. If I couldn't get 1 or 2 up I would just quickly alt tab to them and do it manulally while switching totems.

The other week, some friends scheduled a casuals/alts kara run, but the main healer couldn't make it for another hour. I REALLY wanted to go on my tankadin, so when things were looking like a "no go" I offered to dual box in my T5 equiv holy priest as off-heals while I MT'd on my Pally - the deal was that I would hold the healer's place with my priest, and at any point, folks could call it if they felt it wasn't working.

Well, the healer never showed, and We cleared all of Kara (except for Netherspite cuz it did run a little long) including the Chamber of Secrets boss without a serious problem.

I would never have attempted it except as a "it's either dual-box tank/heal or we have to call it for lack of heals", and with folks that I told up-front that I was dual boxing.

I agree 100% about only rolling for loot on one toon. In my case it wasn't an issue because my healers upgrades are all from Hyjal, BT, and Sunwell at this point, but on principal I would NEVER roll as if I were two people playing separate toons... I just consider it good manners (and good karma). Glad to see others feel that way too: it generates good will.

Nice work on Lurker... I find that fights that require movement coordination are often the hardest to dual box. I keep thinking of Blackheart the inciter and how the "time for fun" group MC causes me to get so spread out that I can never properly reaquire /follow before the next round. To manage to deal with Lurker, with that many toons, you have some MAD Skillz. :)
