Octopus connections problem

My client(laptop) will not connect to my server(PC). However i can get my pc to connect to my laptop no problem. If i make my laptop the server that is.

Im using 1.3.5f. Also i never have had this problem when i had vista 32 bit but i just installed 64 bit and its not working anymore.

That's a firewall issue, 99% positive. I'd tell you exactly where to check but I don't have a vista box here at the house.
