FTL Setup spread out formation macros?

I swear I saw someone like a week ago post what they used with this setup and I can't find it for the life of me...

I can make the formation I want when I play my lead shammy but the moment I switch all hell breaks lose if I do it.

Anyone have an working solutions to this?
