I believe the info he needs is:

The e-mail you registered with.
Your old system ID.
Your new system ID.

You can find out your new system ID by running Keyclone on the machine you want to transfer the license to. And he got back to me really fast by PM...like, minutes. Although I didn't try to contact him at some weird time like 3AM.

Maybe your attitude isn't helpful.

Keyclone is one person. I sincerely doubt he has made "a ton of money" as his program is a very small niche within the 11 million player base of WoW.

For the amount of utility and value I've gotten out of his software, the price was well worth it, and if you're talking about multiboxing you can afford it too. So don't go down that slippery slope that is common to the trolls on the official forums, griping about money.

Additionally, his response time and level of tech support and customer service has always been phenomenal here on dual-boxing.com

Send him an email or a PM here on this site. Then do something that is terribly difficult for a WoW player to do.

Have you considered perhaps just giving a three day trial or something before you have to put in the key? I know I would find that useful if I had to switch computers or something on my computer changed and I needed a new ID. A bit of a buffer to give both of us some time to exchange information.

Anyway just a thought (which is probably something you have heard many times before :P)

Cheers.This wouldn't be a bad idea, but how fast he normally is about responding to stuff I don't think its necessary. The couple of times I've PM'd him he was back to me with an answer really, really fast.
