Follow breaking just lag?

I am leveling two new toons (hunter/druid) and just summoned them over to dranaei starting area. I noticed last night when I had the hunter following, she would appear to run into and past me when I stopped and then if I kept moving at all she would break follow. This follow lag has never happened to me before. Just a one night latency issue or does anyone else see this occasionally? No possible way to quest with this issue so I took a night off.

Thanks all!I get this some times it usually seems to be a video lag for me.. Just like the delay when you hit jump and it takes a second before the others respond when in fact they are all jumping at the same time. I usually just ignore it as it hasn't caused anything serious for me yet.. Hope this helps. Also I am running 5 accts dual video cards with 4 monitors.. (added that to possibly help you compare with your setup to help troubleshoot that way.) Never had it actually break follow tho... I have heard of an addon that you can get from curse that is supposed to combat that issue. I cant remember what it is called tho. I would just search for follow or multiboxing and it should come up.

Sounds like lag. Just try play again tomorrow and see if the problem is still there.
