Keyclone not Connecting

Hi,

Ive been using Keyclone for a while now, but stopped multi boxing for a few months. I have reinstalled it today and configured it as usual (I even went through the guides to make sure I hadnt messed something up) for some reason Keyclone will not connect my 2 WoWs on start.
The Keyclone screen comes up and nothing else, when clicking the connect drop down menu there's nothing in there.
Ive deleted and "re-setup" the command editor a number of times but to no avail.
Any ideas?

Things I've forgotten to do while setting up keyclone :

Setting a region or mistyping a region name in the command editor
setting a startup command under general or misformatting the command acct1; acct2 <spaces are bad!
forgetting to check the startup command option.
setting program to launcher instead of wow.exe
changing the folder name or location after setting the path in keyclone
my personal favorite...forgetting to turn on the drive before launching keyclone *doh!!*

make sure your command name doesn't use spaces or caps... that can confuse things.

also, with the big wow update a couple of weeks ago, wow moved the main folder causing existing commands to not work. try resetting the 'program...' field again.
