15 buttons man, and I can actually see myself reaching/using most of them...

I got to take a look at that thing at the Blizzcon 2008 and to be honest it felt cheap and flimsy
it did not have a "solid" feel to it like say a Kensington or Microsoft or even the raptor mouse...

so I personally will not be getting one any time soon even though the extra buttons would be nice.

looks awesome. but is that just overkill for a mouse?

A mouse like that is for lazy grinders, not wanting to reach the keyboard while grinding.

But I would not recommend it for boxing.

There's something about my brain and left hand coordination working very addictively. It's like I need my left hand available on some keys, or I'm starting to get withdrawal symptoms. (Obviously only when playing games, I dont walk irl with a keyboard taped to my hand. I'm not THAT far out!)

It does look cheap... I don't know what mouse i have at home that i use (the best buy guy said it was the best mouse out at the time, 1 to 2 years ago), and he was right. The mouse i got was about $60 i think and it is great. This mouse is $100 and does look cheap, if i can see it and it look good then i might get it, but seeing a lot of game pads online and reading about how "great" they are and then seeing how cheap they are in person, i think to myself "thank god i didn't buy that".

yah, i'm definitely not paying for this without getting to feel it in person first
plus shipping from germany is probably going to be a lot

i asked here in case anyone was getting it and we can get some first hand reviews

as for the buttons, i used to play the piano so i actually find my hands quite unbalanced while playing wow
what with my left occupied with the keyboard, but my right not having enough to do

I played with it at Blizzcon - http://www.tgdaily.com/content/view/39714/98/

Bleh... felt REALLY cheap. I was expecting a very heavy, metallic feeling mouse, but the Logitech G series feel better.

The real worth in this product will be the macro/button setup software.

I would not buy it at this point.

Buttons are nice, but you're still only getting my Ikari Laser from my cold dead hands.

its not too far a price from the Logitech MX Revolution. what i do like about the revolution are the thumb buttons and thumb scroll wheel. doesnt have 16 buttons, but does have enough to make the mouse more useful. even though its right hand only, the feel is great. retails for about $99 as well, get it for a tad cheaper on newegg. ebays for about $60.
