I aware of that there is no RAF bonus past 60. Im also aware of that the exp required to gain 60-70 have been lowered.
Now my questions is.
WIll it be worth dualing my boomkins from 60-80? or Should I stick with 1 of them or...
Dual another pair? or(last one) Play Dk in wotlk to 60 then give lvls to my pala and dual those two to 80?
Currently my highest characters are my lvl 50 boomkins I got no money to spend on other chars and I cant really help my new dual team if I make one.

What you level up is purely a matter of what you want to play. Bottom line is to have fun playing whatever you do play. Experiment with lots of different classes and combinations. You may find that you have an affinity towards one class (or classes) more than others. You won't know until you try them out though.
That said, I will say that the changes made from 60-70 make it very fast to level no matter what you play. I made pairs of twins for RAF and have leveled twin warlocks and twin shamans to 70 now (each pair to 70 in 3-4 days /played). Both times I was around level 66 when I was just leaving Zangarmarsh and hit 70 when finishing Terokkar Forest. All that with just doing the instances once each for the quests they contained. If you can boost with a higher level friend you will likely get to a higher level even faster. It used to be that If I was 65-66 entering Nagrand I thought I was in good shape so the changes to the exp scale is significant.
Also keep in mind there is a psychological impact to playing 2 toons at the same time. Gankers sometimes will avoid you not wanting a two on one fight. Although higher level geared players may see you as easy honor still, I find having twins deters more people than it would if I was solo.

Once you go shaman, you never go back. ;<
That's how it is for me ayhow. I've been trying to level a different box, but every set up I try I abandon at level 10ish, get bored, and play on my shamans.
I must say tho, I have limited playtime due to a busy irl job. So, maybe it's the lack of time that causes me never to get bored of my shamans. I always have stuff to do. :P

This is what happened to me, pre shaman I had 70 druid, hunter, warlock and rogue I played regularly.
Post shaman, I play the druid to raid with and tank stuff for the shaman

I decided to mainly lvl the boomkins to 70 and meanwhile lvl 2 shamans.
To bad 1 of boomkins dont got TBC key, so when both hit 60 then i can start with the shamns until i bought tbc for the other account.
