Wait, what? You went from neutral to exalted with Netherwing in one day? I didn't think you could even start the dailies for them w/o having epic riding skill. I'll admit ignorance of the netherwing quests, so please do correct me if I'm wrong. :)

Nah, its just that you get to pretend you have a drake when doing the dailies. The illusion buff you get in the Dragonmaw areas. I think this is actually one of the best thing Blizzard has done as it makes you feel like you have a drake as you are grinding toward it, making the grind all the more enjoyable.

I'm only short 24,643G. Grats getting yours done!

For my original 5, a good 1/2 of the money came just from finishing all the outdoors quests in Outland. I'm sorely tempted to level 75-80 without doing any quests (outside of instance ones) just so I can go back and cash in

I know this is an older post but I'm getting ready to start working on getting netherdrakes for my shamans. I did this grind as a single boxer and I am here to tell you it is a brutal grind. I figure for a team of 5 will take forever to finish. I think it took me a week and a half of steady grinding before and since a lot of the rep points are gathering it will take a lot longer. Some people do put nethercite ore on the AH. Can't remember if the crystals can be found there as well.
