I also cleared to mother in BT with a pug the day before we did this. Damn shadow resists.

It's rediculous how easy pve is after 3.0 with the increased dps, the loss of the sunwell aura and the decrease of hp.
I've also boxed upto felmyst (people had to go then) in a pug. Same with BT and Hyjal, easily puggable by any kind of geared people now, as long as you have a somewhat decent tank.

Guess this is a good way to let everyone explore all the content for a little while, while waiting for wotlk
