New Dualboxer here, just a few questions.

Hey everyone, for one let me say although I haven't extensively Multiboxed, I am loving every second of it. It is extremely fun playing multiple accounts at once. I am currently leveling 1 warlock and 1 shaman at the same time. Now being the noob at dual boxing that I am, I have a few questions.

1. how do you guys manage keeping up to date gear? My characters still have valley of trial starting zone gear, quite embarrassing.

2. what should i use as my main? I keep swapping between my warlock and shaman.

3. what spec should my shaman be? i've never played one, so i am not sure.

if someone could answer these questions that would be so great, thank you.

Gear is always going to be an issue. You're either going to have to get lucky instance groups, green drops, or quest rewards.. or simply buy your gear off the AH, but I was still using trail gear until about level 40..


Just main whichever you find more fun..

As for spec, you could probably go elemental or resto.. Stay away from melee since it inherently doesn't work well with multiboxing. Resto, you simply dot as many things as possible (definately enough to kill them one you get siphon life), and top yourself off with lifetap.. Elemental, you can just both nuke everything down.
