Just a heads up -- I went through each of the keys in the following list http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki/index.php/Available_Keys_in_World_of_Warcraft and thought I'd post the correct list here. Wow actually supports all keys, including ,ctrl, alt, shift combinations on all keys except for the following: (I've tested these on WindowsXP and Vista)

Left and Right Ctrl, Alt, Shift, and Windows keys
Numpad_Enter
Pause_Break
ScrollLock

The ones listed as not working but that do work are all the others including:

Esc, NumlLock, Numpad 0-9, NumpadDot with all mod key combinations.
Alt-Tab (just need to change the default Windows behavior to another key sequence)
PrintScreen (just change the key binding in Wow's interface to a different key or disable)
Alt-Ctrl-Del (yup-Wow works with this one too if you change or disable the default Window's key bind)

So it's not that Wow doesn't support the above keybindings, but that by default, Windows uses some of the combinations for itself. Also, there's a post a few weeks ago by blizzard that with the expansion they'll be including support for most of the Fkeys from F13-F24 -- not all of them, but most. We'll see if they come through with that.

Esc, NumlLock, Numpad 0-9, NumpadDot with all mod key combinations.Shift Numpad0-9 and . changes the behavior of the keys in windows, so in order for wow to support those, you need to remap windows from using them. I've done some digging and haven't found anythign that clearly states it will stop Shift-Numpad changes, which is disappointing as I'd love to free up a lot of keybind room!

Mind explaining how you did get the shift-num-7?

http://www.usnetizen.com/fix_capslock.php is a good resource, please understand this is NOT for the non-technical, if you go here and do this, you can end up with an unusable keyboard!

Alt-Tab (just need to change the default Windows behavior to another key sequence)
Alt-Ctrl-Del (yup-Wow works with this one too if you change or disable the default Window's key bind)I'm sure that there is a way to change the behavior of these combinations, but my god, that would screw me up to no end.
