One bright side, 5 minute debuff, 10 minute cooldown, you can still cast it twice as often as any other shaman.

in that case, here's another useless outdated info. warp splinter in bot is no longer skinnable by herbalism.

Its kind of funny that people keep posting these 2 facts... they've been plastered all over this board and the main wow forums for what, 1 1/2 months now? You'd have to be living in a cave to not know these by now. Plus 3.0.2 has been out for a couple weeks now, its weird that anyone that plays a shaman would just now be finding these out 2 weeks after they've had the ability to use these post-patch...
