I'm not sure what is causing this, but occasionally I lose a window when I switch from one PiP to another.

My PiP's look like this:

222333444555
222333444555
111111
111111
111111

When I switch to bring 3 to the front for example, my large window disappears.
Clicking on the warcraft icons on the bottom of my screen, the 2-5 windows will minimize and then maximize (back to their correct PiP location).
The wow client that should be in the 1 position (big window) will toggle with whatever PiP position it was in, when it failed to appear.
So if I had 1 in the front and attempted to bring 3 to the front, the large window disappears and clicking the wow button on the taskbar for those clients cause them to alternate positions in the 3's position for PiP's.
It's as if 1 and 3 both occupy the 3's position, but only one is visible at once.

I'm able to continue with each of the remaining smaller windows, by moving my mouse to that window and clicking. I can use the mouse to move, or once the window has been clicked I can input with the keyboard.
However, Keyclone does not broadcast to other windows.
Clicking on the keyclone program, windows reports that it is not responding.

This has happened 3 or 4 times (so its not common for me) since the 3.0.2 patch.
I never had this prior to that patch. I'm not sure if something in the patch is interfering with Keyclone in some way or if its coincidence.
I do know its very annoying.
So far this seems to happen only in Ironforge, Stormwind and Shattrath; it can occur any time of day or night, with server load or the number of people around me not seeming to affect if this occurs or not.

All my graphic settings are turned down, except for how far away I can see creatures/objects - and that only for the default front window client.
My system is overkill for warcraft, even 5 clients open at once. I can BG smoothly and that's with many toons of each faction in chaos around me.
I have:
Q6600 @2.4 mhz
8 gigs ram 800 mhz
150gig Raptor 10,000rpm (3 clients)
300gig Seagate 7,200rpm (2 clients)
Sapphire Radeon HD 4870 X2 Video
SB Live X-Gamer sound
Killer NIC

Prior to the patch, keyclone in conjunction with warcraft was completely error free.

When I take a griffon from one place to another, upon landing one or two of my windows (always a smaller PiP along the top) will freeze.
I'd estimate that it freezes once per maybe twenty rides, and maybe a total of three or four times so far.
When it does, Keyclone is not responding according to windows.
The other windows are playable, minus the broadcasting of keystrokes.

Same issue here, a few differences though. Not using maximizer at all, just minimizing the windows to task bar. Then they lock up and show nothing, but if i close a couple of my instances i have open via keyclone the unclosed windows reappear. Seldom can get more than three windows to function properly. I run a Phantom quad core and all four CPU's max out as the windows lock up. After i close one or two they go back down. Is this a CPU issue or KC issue? Prior to the patch I could run five instances with the occasional "Cannot read error". To be expected I run five version from one HD. I have all the settings set to the lowest possible setting as well. After minimizing the windows two + times they lock, Then the border pops up with no video, they all lock? Any ideas? Again I am not using PIP or maximizer on my system just minimizing to system tray then they lock.

Q6600 @2.4 Ghz, 4 Gb of ram, Palit HD 3870 video.
