Maybe I'm just weird, but this seems like a very personal question to ask. Like asking who someone is voting for or something. It's ok to volunteer this information but asking seems impolite. Maybe because I'm from the South :/

They Must Not Know our arena secrets!! </cast EM/cast thunderstorm>

And Im from the West Coast...
Theres tons of how tos. Maybe a PM would be more appropriate. If he wanted to share he'd post it. But honestly if people now your setup...they will exploit, plain and simple.
Better keep the me guessing imo.
*edit* Dont take this as your not welcome, its just if people know your exact set up, it is possible to exploit, via silence, CS, sheep, blind, etc...

I think the macro is not different between us . The different is the controlling tactics.
Just likes why different people can drive the same car in the same track with different speed.

I'm pretty sure there's a lot of variety in macros used by different boxers. They all have their strengths and weaknesses. I was using a very reliable setup that was made impossible with the removal of Name-target syntax in macros.

that was made impossible with the removal of Name-target syntax in macros. Not to butt in, but what do you mean by that? Something undocumented in the patch?

Before the 3.0 patch, this macro worked:
/cast [target=Siaea-target] Lightning Bolt
or
/cast [target=Siaea-targettarget] Lesser Healing Wave
It seems that they removed this without documenting the change.

I don't really see how this is asking a personal setup. The main thing I would like is Aelli's totem sequence setup for each of his toons and if he does use the /castsequence method for his main drop of totems. If Aelli doesn't want to share that I do understand though.

I am thinking about switching back to using /focus for my assist on all characters as I need to free up some action bar slots for the incoming spells and with all the changes made the un-noticable focus fire on a target your not targeting won't work so well with flameshocks being a pre-requirement to burst them down.

a little derailing of the thread, but
Before the 3.0 patch, this macro worked:
/cast [target=Siaea-target] Lightning Bolt
or
/cast [target=Siaea-targettarget] Lesser Healing Wave can easily changed in
/assist Siaea
/cast [harm] Lightning Bolt
/targetlasttarget (if you don't want them how you are targeting)
or
/assist Siaea
/cast [target=targettarget] Lesser Healing Wave
or a'm i wrong?

once i get my droogs to 80(and start up my all stealth arena death squad!), i hope we get some chances to kill each other. will be as much fun to run into each other in bgs where we'll be on the same side. i saw you a bunch in there months ago, but i was just playing my hunter and shammy (resto at the time).
by then my buddy should have his four holy dps squad caught up and there is also another shammy boxer called redundant on my server as well. can't wait to run some all mboxer premades with both of them.

Reading this makes me sad :( For the Horde!

I'm looking to use as I've heard its the most powerful option (still a noob however)

Wow no tremor in your first castsequence? Isn't fear the absolute worst thing that can happen? I have the cheap 5 min trinket as I just leveled to 70 and I'm paranoid about fear because it means I'm dead. My first castsequence contains a tremor and I hit my sequence macro just about everywhere my chars are standing still :)

It depends on where you are and what you're doing.
If you're on a pvp server, then a fear-bomb is a constant threat.
If your server is carebear, then not so much.
Aellie's sequence is for arena, so you know there's no threat until the doors open.
Even then, there's a delay before they get to you.
He would probably have a tremor sequence available to defeat fear, independent of the totem stomp macro listed.

Grounding Totem is the main priority, and it helps to throw them down first since this lets the cooldown come up faster. If a fear is imminent and I have no totems down I will simply drop a Tremor on my main and then go for the cast sequence there after.
The only other situation is that you get blindsided and you didn't see it from the get go which results in trinketing on the main and hitting tremor which snaps everyone out of it.
