No, but some AoE heal spells work that way.This. They nerfed the heal-lowest-person ability in patch 2.0 I believe.

Though not that, you can set up x-perl to have it set on a range finder (will show those in range in the raid/party) and then just watch the health.... I easly would lead the healing with my old holy pally using said method.

Is there still a mod that will target the person in range with the lowest health? i was thinking it would be fun to go quad resto and go to BGs and just heal the offense XD

i don't believe there's anything out there like this (wouldn't it be against TOS?)

the best you could probably do is some sort of click-healing (search HealBot and Clique)
