Well I'm Boxing (1) Pali and (4) Shamans and I do the following:
Shaman 1: Healing Totem, Stonesking, Wrath of Air, Totem of Wrath
Shaman 2: Healing Totem, Strengh of Earth, Wind Fury Totem, Flametonge Totem
Shaman 3: Healing Totem, Earthbind, Grounding, Searing
Shaman 4: Healing Totem, Termor, Grounding, Searing
Now you combine those on my Pali = OMG Prot Pali with 400 White Dmg and 1400 Crts with Hammer ;)

There have been some totem changes in patch 3.0.2 and some new things stack while other things do not stack.
What is the a PVE good totem sequence for 3 shamen (2 DPS and 1 RESTO) in a 5man box team of Pally, Bal Druid, Resto Shammy, 2x Elem Shammy?

Fire: Totem of Wrath, Searing X 2
Earth: Strength of Earth, Stoneskin, Tremor. If you want more Tremor totems, I'd probably drop Stoneskin first or you could go 3 Tremor, just depends on the fight really. Stoneskin is going to give you more melee mitigation as will Strength of Earth with agility and the changes to strength which will also help your threat. And obviously tremor totems for fights with fear.
Water: Mix and match healing stream and mana spring based on what your team needs since they both now stack.
Air: Wrath of Air Totem, Windfury Totem, Grounding Totem. If you want more Grounding totems, I'd definately drop Windfury first. Again, this depends on the fight.
All other totems are pretty much situational.
As an afterthought, this will also depend on what the Druid brings to the table (I don't play one) that doesn't stack with the above.

My totem seq macro is not working now. Trying:
/cast sequence reset=15 Flametongue Totem, Tremor Totem, Mana Spring Totem, Grounding Totem
Do you know what is wrong here?

/castsequence needs to be one word. If that's just a typo on your part, I have no idea.

ToW overwrites Flametongue unfortunately so Searing is the only other option really.
Edit1: By this I mean they don't stack.
Edit2: Originally I thought you could lay both as only Flametongue mentions healing and damage therefore helping the healer whereas Totem of Wrath mentions only damage therefore helping the dps. I will check this again tonight to be certain that is not the case but I think I already checked which is what made me stop doing it. But now I'm not so sure if I checked all the toons or just looked at the pally (my biggest window) and saw he was not getting both. Obviously the healer and his stats is what I need to check.
Edit3: Checked the healer and one of the dps, they definately do not stack. :(
