Made all new keybinds for patch (been busy) and then dragged all the spells to bars, only to have them reverted???

Specifically I'm wondering why all of my spells/macros that I dragged onto my UI have, largely (and without sense) and to various degrees have "gone back in the spellbook..."

I've been setting them up gradually, and I had some that have been setup and working normally for a week, but when I finished everything today (and politley logged off and such) they ALL vanished...
