we need a FAQ, and we need to be stern about people not reading the FAQ. I've seen communities that are full of people who don't read stickies... and it really frustrates the regulars.

Well, then stickies have 500 replies, and the title of the stickie has nothign to do with your question, I can see why people don't always read the stickies. I am guilty of it myself. Even after people say "read the stickys" in response to my question, i look at the stickies and im like, which one am I supposed to read? Screw that"

it just takes patience... and Ellay set up the beginners haven for just these issues.

the 'regulars' don't have to worry about it, unless they wander in... at which point, they should expect it
