Not sending key presses to every WoW

With the default setting/no WoW addons keyclone will only send key presses to 2 out of 4 windows.

Anyone else having this problem?

I disabled curse updater and now it will send almost everything except my casts/attacks to 2 out of 4 of my windows

Are you running all of your WoW clients on one machine or multiple? Need more information to help.

1 machine, 64-bit vista

It only fails when I tab out of my main WoW window

I'm no expert, but it doesn't seem to make any sense from the programming aspect of the program since they are all running on the same machine. If the program passes commands to a portion of the clients, you know that the program is working, so I would guess it's a Vista issue, perhaps even something to do with the 64 bit variant.

How are you starting the other windows? I would try various methods, but ensure that the UAC isn't causing problems of some sort. Try running the windows that aren't responding by themselves, one at a time and see if they ever respond.

after dinking around with starting them up in different order, with/without keyclone, logging in one by one or logging them all in at the same time It still didn't make a difference.

I did find out that it will only send keypresses to the main window and the most recent window, ie
If WoW-A is up and I tabbed to it from WoW-D, It will only send key presses to WoW-D and WoW-A but not to the other two

ahhhh ... vista.... (nuff said)

make sure you set keyclone to run-as admin. the best way to do this would be to put a shortcut on the desktop... right-click/properties/advanced and CHECK always-run-as-admin

that should do it. run keyclone and start your wows. without admin rights, it might have issues passing keys between applications

lets try to trouble shoot here.

in keyclone, do you have all four windows added to your keyclone?
if you are broadcasting your keystrokes, when pressing "O", do you get your social tab to pop up? Press "P" and see if all your spellbooks pop up. press "M" and see if all your characters show their maps. "Shift+B" and see if all your characters will open all their bags. if they do, and you still have problems with other keys like spells and things, perhaps your macros or keybindings for your other two WoW's need to be fixed.

I have all four windows in my keyclone GUI, It was working for a while but when I tried to use multishot, it would only send it to the 2 most recent WoW windows I had, instead of all four. I tested each and every window and they are all bound properly but like I said above it will only send certain spells to the main WoW and the WoW window I tabbed from

Running Keyclone as admin fixed some issues but I still have trouble getting all of my keys to register on each WoW

Un-installed Punkbuster and it works like a charm now.

Nevermind, It worked fine for a couple hours but crapped out again
